Reviews help people choose the right AI app. These rules keep them honest, useful and fair to both app seekers and the people who build the apps.
Anyone with an AI Apps account can review an app, once per app. You can edit or delete your review at any time from your account.
Developers can’t review their own apps or competitors’ apps, and reviews can’t be bought, traded or offered in exchange for discounts or credits.
A review is marked Verified when its author opened the app’s App Store or Google Play page from AI Apps before reviewing. It’s a signal that the reviewer went to get the app, not proof that they used it for long.
Unverified reviews are still welcome and still count towards an app’s rating. Use the “Verified only” filter on any app page to see just verified reviews.
Describe your own experience: what you used the app for, what worked and what didn’t. Mention the plan or platform you used if it matters.
Be specific and constructive. “The summaries miss action items in long meetings” helps people more than “bad app”.
Spam, promotions, links to other apps or sites, and reviews about a different app.
Harassment, hate speech, personal information about anyone, or content that is sexual or violent.
Fake reviews, reviews written for someone else, and reviews by people paid or rewarded to write them.
Anyone can report a review or an app. Our moderators check reports, usually within a day, and hide reviews that break these rules. Hidden reviews stay in your account so you can edit them; we tell you why a review was hidden.
We never hide a review because it’s negative, and developers can’t pay to remove or reorder reviews.
Developers can reply publicly once to each review. Replies must be respectful and on-topic, and follow the same rules as reviews.
When a developer replies to your review, we let you know in your account inbox.
